Ryan W Daniels is an artist, a storyteller and a people person. It was only natural for him to pursue a career in which he could be around lots of fascinating people and help tell their unique stories in a visually appealing way. He has been working as a freelance photographer since 2006 and has been working as a documentary filmmaker since 2010.

A fascination with humanity and a strong desire for the well-being of others are the main drivers of the majority of the work Ryan produces. Ryan is very sensitive to the way people are represented in images and other media. This is not only reflected in his images, but also in his work as an educator. He believes strongly in the power of education and is devoted to contributing to the education of young people from all walks of life (often as a volunteer).

Ryan was born and raised in Forth Worth, Texas and left home at 18 to see the world. On his first stop, in the northeast of Brazil, he found everything he ever wanted. A beautiful place, warm people with a wonderful take on life, and the love of his life. Ryan and his beautiful wife currently live in Sri Lanka with their three young children
